This project entailed a complete gut renovation. Nolin was able to turn an old educational building into a state of the art facility that is split between the Police Department & Human Services Center.

The project included installing 2 new electrical services 1- 400A & 1 800A with a 100kW & 200kW backup generators. All new electrical panels, devices lighting, lighting controls, tele/data, security, A/V, Fire Alarm & power connections were made to connect specialized police equipment for the department.
